How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship by UPS for small items and by Truck for large items. Orders are typically processed within one business day of receipt of payment/approved P.O. For items that we have in stock, you should get your order
in 3 to 8 business days from date of order, depending on your distance from our Fremont, CA warehouse. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our warehouse during office hours on weekdays.
Do you accept overseas orders?
Currently, we service only the United States market.
Are the weights and dimensions are accurate?
A lot of our furniture are one-of-a-kind and no two pieces are alike. Consequently, measurements may not be precise.
How long do I have to wait if a product is not available?
All our products are imported from Asia and so if a product is not available, the wait is usually 6 to 8 weeks.
How do you charge for shipping?
We basically charge what the carrier charges - UPS or Truck, plus a small handling fee if necessary (e.g. palletizing, labeling requirements). All prices quoted are FOB our warehouse in Fremont, CA.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you accept checks? Other payment methods?
We don't accept personal checks, but we do accept company checks. In addition, we accept money orders, telegraphic transfers and cashier's checks.
What is your pricing policy?
We sell to both trade and retail accounts. Trade accounts that are able to prove resale status are provided with trade discounts. Retail customers pay the price displayed in this website, plus shipping, handling and sales tax (CA residents).

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please report to us any problems with a shipment within 3 days of your receipt. It is advisable that you take pictures of the problem immediately and do not discard the packaging materials.
What if I decide to cancel my order?
You can cancel as long as the order has not been shipped. Otherwise, you would have to be liable for shipment and handling charges incurred in sending the order to you. In addition, you have to ship back the order at your cost. We advise you to place an order only if you are certain.
What if I decide to return a product?
Within 15 days of receipt of your purchase, you can return a product for full credit less shipping and handling charges. Before you return any product, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Any return sent without a Return Authorization will be refused, and your carrier will bill you for the roundtrip shipment. No returns will be authorized after 15 days from your receipt of the purchase.

What information do you collect?
We collect information that is necessary to process your order and to communicate with you regarding your order. Examples of such information are name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date.
How else will you use the information?
We may send out a company newsletter via email that informs you of our new products and shipments. If you choose not to receive the email, you will be able to opt out of the mailing list. We do not sell or rent our customer and prospect lists.
